Source: WPVice President Joe Biden's Secret Service motorcade struck and killed a pedestrian yesterday morning around 2:30 am while driving in the DC area. The details surrounding the accident are unclear, but the Secret Service has disclosed that the motorcade was not transporting any VIPs. The victim's name has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.
